The same team with our guidance became the champion of the Czech Republic one year later (Bulldogs Brno, 12-15y, 2008). However, I believe that it is not essential for young kids under 12 to win a match, that is important only for adults. To me, there is the most crucial fact that young players I had been coaching have become leaders in their senior teams as I always prefer long-term goals. I rely on the ability of an understandable explanation of problem, empathy, analytical thinking and methods of coaching. Coach, adults - men (Bulldogs Brno, 5th league) 2010-2012I had been coaching an amateur "hobby" team.Coach, adults - men (Floorball club Svitavy, 1st league), 2016-2017It was a short-term professional contract in the middle of the season. I joined the team as a substitute for a suspended coach after 16 games when the team had received only 6 points for two wins and had been 14th on the last rung of the chart. The main goal was to keep the participation in 1st league. I made changes in tactics, and I set a new style of communication within the team and towards the club and public. I tried to make everything as much efficient as the time at the end of the season let us. The result was nine victories in 10 matches. We gained an extra 27 points and ended up on the 9th rung which ensured the progress to the play-off as well as the participation in the league for the next season. Attractions: In the second match under my leadership, the team beat his rival 22:3 which has set a new record. In the team lineup were four players whom I had trained them 12 years ago in the category of younger pupils.
