Worked with a multidisciplinary team providing the lessons for 7 children with autism. This included PSHE following the national curriculum being mindful of behaviour intervention plan. Used Makkaton (simplified British sign language) to communicate with pupils.

Key Worker with responsibilities for monitoring progress of key clients ensuring they are in line with the Life Plan, conducting health and safety risk assessments, managing client finances, checking statements, planning holidays and providing regular updates to management.

Assisted service users in various activities with direct physical care when required; liaised with families, carers, doctors and therapists to help enable these service users to make individual choices aiding their enjoyment of independent living.

In Waldbroehl, I taught the equivalent to NVQ3 level social care. In Cologne and Witten I was assessor and teacher for long-term unemployed and young offenders, assessing their abilities, strengths and weaknesses in order to integrate them into society and teaching skills such as applying for jobs and preparing a CV. In addition to this, I was also responsible for teaching practical skills such as cooking under the theme "healthy eating".
