Main role was to find the reliable and competitive local MEP contractors in Dubai, U.A.E and to conduct alliance management so that the company could expand the value chain Performance:- Sourced 200 MEP subcontractors and made company profiles- Chose competitive MEP subcontractors through the comprehensive evaluation- Supported the Marketing team and Estimation Team

Main role was to manage the construction schedule, budget and staffing of the mechanical work of all over the overseas construction projects of the Samsung C&T Corporation
