In Skype I was developing web pages/marketing emails based on the mock-ups our designers draw. Making sure the pages look the same on different browsers and are perfectly validating XHTML.

Jippii Estonia was a company that managed Jippii Mobile Entertainment (later owned by iTouch) operations in Baltics. Jippii Portals were one of the largest mobile and online content providers during mid 2000's. Jippii's main product was the international Jippii Portals system and mobile content delivery platform that allowed our customers to easily purchase mobile content like wallpapers, ringtones etc.I was the only frontend developer in Jippii Estonia and had a wide range of daily tasks from engineering to consulting marketing and business side on the capabilities of our platform. I led the redesign and refactoring of Jippii portals frontend to more modern technologies during 2005.Responsibilities- Frontend development (HTML/CSS/JSP).- Occasional backend development (Java, PHP).- Search Engine Optimization- Managing partner relations with some of our web content providers.- Advising our management (design/marketing/business) on web tech related questions.- Some system administration tasks during holiday seasons.

Mostly working with local Estonian companies creating their first web presence ever. On most of the projects I took care of everything needed, including design, front- and backend development, copywriting and maintenance.
