Martin McKervey is a partner in the Construction and Engineering team. He has over 25 years' experience of specialising in all facets of dispute resolution in the construction, engineering and manufacturing industries both nationally and internationally. He advises and works with clients in the context of risk management involving litigation, arbitration and adjudication, he has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and specifically mediation, early neutral evaluation and expert determination. Focus areas include the construction and engineering of football stadia, power generation plants, power stations, on/offshore wind farms, commercial (mixed use) developments, regeneration, waste projects, PFI/PPP and manufacturing plants.Martin is recognised as a leading individual in the legal directories.
