I played for four years as a professional player and was a Brazilian champion of League of Legends, a scenario that allowed me to create my esports organization. During my professional career, I contributed to developing clothing brands for influencers between 2016 and 2020, working with Nerd Universe. As an artist and accompanying professional colleagues during tours around Brazil, I could immerse myself even more in several cultural contexts, where I further developed my perception of creating projects and talent management.Between 2020 and 2022, I joined the FURIA's staff, participating in the development of the most prominent esports organization in Brazil, helping to achieve the goal of becoming one of the largest organizations in the world.In my role, I was responsible for creating the influencers department in the organization with the mission of expanding their voices and, especially, reaching a non-native esports audience. At FURIA, I was responsible for creating the company's relationship system with influencers identifying and hiring more than 50 talents, which I could count on for developing several projects both for FURIA and for partner brands such as RedBull, iFood, Nike, and PokerStars. I also was an active part in the development of campaigns, partner announcements, and content creation.Broadening my universe and understanding that esports/gaming is only one of the ways to impact people and, in a way, shape the culture, today I add to my portfolio other forms of entertainment not only related to esports.
