When I was a child, I used to dismantle my toys and everything catching my eye to understand the way they work. Some of those things were successfully rebuilt by me, some others became part of a completely different “improved” thing and some others didn’t make it, I not only learned how the things worked and how to rebuild them but also how to dismantle and examine in a non-destructive way, As I grew up, I tended to create new things I needed as a game, I started to spent lot of time playing also board games, like checkers and chess, which made my interest turn into strategy, a different way to understand how things work and how to get different results.When I was 7, I saw a receiver inside. That marked me to choose electronic engineering as my career path, my analytical nature and my math skills allowed me to go further and computer and software expanded those possibilities so that was my natural path to follow.As I started on the formal job market, I discovered business and other interesting matters easy to deal with. As I’m always eager to know more and to reveal how things works and cause-effect patterns I started to learn from others, taking actions under my scope going beyond my duties, that is something that is still on me, going beyond, to reach the impossible That made me progress and turn progressively from a deep-technical role to a business management one.Oppositely to a common tech-profile, I’m a people’s people, I like to interact and create opportunities, dig into problems and solve them with technology. I like challenges, and seek for creative problem-solving ways. Create structures, processes, business where nothing exists.My early experience leading people made me aware of synergy and the power of collaboration to achieve goals and how things happens when everyone grows. I changed my core duties over the years, but something is still there, eager to learn, my passion for the strategy and achieve great results.
