Accountable for overall performance management against annual targets of all dealers within region South.· Set and agree annual sector targets/market share ambition for each dealer within· Accountable for overall volume and profitability of Retail Sales for Region South.· Manage Retail Pricing approvals for all dealers within region South.· Support decision making around Strategic Regional Fleet Business within Region South and be the conduit for pricing and information exchange between the Dealer and Volvo UK.· Oversee, monitor and analyse market share performance by sector for dealers within Region South. · Construction Sector Responsibilities – All UK Dealers· Take a lead role in any new product offerings within the Construction sector.· Work closely with aligned Construction Manager in Volvo Trucks Europe to understand VTE plans and development and current/future activities for the UK Market.· Identify the strong-performing and non-performing segments for Volvo Trucks within the Construction sector in terms of volume/profitability, and look to develop or exit those sectors· Define the construction Sector Strategy for the following years business plan including detailed activity plans and targets in line with the Commercial Truck Strategy.· Manage the Volvo trucks UK Initiative/Bodied Stock Programme for construction sector including orders, promotion and price · Line Manager Responsibilities· Personal Business Plan and Personal Development Plan setting and follow up· Regular Operational 121 reviews to follow up on Performance and PBP/PDP Progress· Develop Performance Management and Plans·Work with the Area Business Manager on their Dealer Volume/Profitability targets

Uk South

• Daily interface on Truck Sales, Contract Sales, and TIS Sales and Services in line with annual targets, volume and margin through assigned dealers.• Managing pricing to dealers with-in guide lines agreed with Commercial Truck Director and Dealer Support Manger.• Help develop dealer sales staff through coaching, assisting in key customer visits and negotiations, and to promote Business solutions.• Building relationships with key dealer personnel to develop ‘One Team’ way of working.• Developing with Sales Directors business development plans and sale strategies to improve business growth, sales competence development and CM development.• Supporting assigned dealers in all aspects of Business Solutions in line with their KPI targets• Regular Business reviews with dealers against their performance against target.• Encourage best practices across all regions.• Participate in local and National events to promote all of Volvo’s hard and soft products.
