Brainstormed with the CEO and board to pivot the company, created a new business plan by analizing the market and presented it to the board meetings. Managed the cash flow forecast and analysed financial data.• REFINANCING: Gained over $250,000 in European and French subsidies for R&D and innovation by assembling files (financial and project report) - calculated and declared credit taxes (NOL) for R&D in order to finance the startup.• ADMINISTRATION: Recorded daily accounting and bank reconciliation – Prepared the final accounts for auditors – Reporded monthly financial statements (with comparison)– Declared social charges – Generated employee payroll

Part of the financial team, managed all the accounting tasks of the company under CFO supervision, created an accounting procedures manual, trained new accountants (senior and junior), developed a project regarding revenue with the “business development team” in order to create an affiliate in Spain.• Created an accounting procedures manual using Sage and MS suite in order to facilitate the transition for new accountants by explaining how to use the different software. • Trained 3 accountants during the year (2 seniors and 1 junior) by showing and explaining to them the tasks, the software and the organization.• Developed a project regarding revenue with the “business development team” in order to expand to create an affiliate in Spain.

Managed the accounting for 25 clients (companies of different industries and sizes) using EBP, trained 3 interns (from all levels), developed a tool to automatize the billing of our clients in using excel and created customer loyalty.
