My choices are based on the strategic outlook and long term trends. But also take advantage of short term opportunities. Due to my excellent listening skills, I can quickly understand the core of the problem and propose a suitable solution. I distinguish myself of my thorough understanding of the subject matter. Because I want to exactly know what I advise to clients. Due to my personal high quality standard I am a valued sparring partner of collegues and clients. I also interfere with organizational improvements where possible. Due to my positive critical mindset I can discover improvements. I have supported the board office of the pension fund with several activities. For the new design of the portfolio, ESG criteria have been reformulated and analyzed new investment proposals. The balance-risk framework has been updated and explained to the board. At last I have structured the information flows for the board.

For the Investment Competence Centre of Rabobank I have formulated a uniform investment policy. Multiple portfolios consisting of individual stocks have been integrated into a compliance proof policy.

I was responsible for financial adjustments in life insurances. Based on actuarial calculations I determined the new values. I advised intermediaries. Due to my accurate structured way of working I have been under high work pressure performed best within my team. In addition, I have contributed to the automation of systems. This has resulted in higher productivity.

I traded on my own behalf in stock options on the physical trading floor. My tasks consisted of buying and selling options. Hereby taking account of my risk budget. In addition, I was responsible for the correct pricing on the exchange. During this period I have learned to work independently and under high pressure.
