International Divestiture Separation Management Office – Large Retailer: • Managed 3 teams of 10 Technical Project Managers across 3 International Divestitures (UK, JP, AR), to produce a joint Separation Plan between BuyCo and SellCo• Led Joint Project Management initiatives including crafting a governance structure for reporting, weekly status update formats, escalation mechanisms, and tracking of program and workstream level initiatives, issues, and risks• Managed the standardization of governance across divestitures, including production of key separation deliverables such as the IT Separation Plan and Application baseline for a third international divestiture• Led Client Stakeholder meetings to solution for program-level issues and solicit feedback on deliverables
