Based out of the Gloucester Distribution Centre & Office, responsible for managing both personal and trade accounts, recommending new wines to customers based upon taste profiles, and dealing with any queries on their account. Also responsible for developing new business and building personal customer portfolio for the company.

Working out of the Solihull store for Laithwaites Wine as a Retail Wine Advisor and Trade Executive. My responsibilities included daily wine tastings in store, giving advice on both in-store purchases and investment opportunities, and growing the shop specific client base; both private and trade.I successfully bought in Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and Bentley (as part of Sytner garages) and E.C Harris as clients to the store, something I am very proud of.As well as corporate clients I also enjoyed working with those in the Hospitality and Food Industries, supplying both local and national Restaurants, Cafe's, Bistros and Boutique Eateries. These tend to allow some real flair and diversity within a wine list as they need to stand out and reflect the ethos of each individual business. A meeting prior to any business relationship is a must!
