I have substantial experience of business asset sales and purchases and have particular expertise in the leisure and franchised business sectors. I also act for a substantial portfolio of commercial landlords. As head of our Blackpool and Fylde office, I play an active role and have a high profile within the Fylde business community.I chair the Blackpool Business Leadership Group which comprises more than 200 business and industry leaders from across the private sector in Blackpool. It is tasked with ensuring that the private sector has a strong voice and influential role in the development of the local economy and regeneration plans.I sit on the Fylde Coast Responsible Business Network Steering Group, the Blackpool Town Deal Investment Panel, the Board of Blackpool & the Fylde College and as the non exec business representative for Blackpool on the Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre Economic Prosperity Board.I also chair the Lancashire West Coast Committee of Wooden Spoon, the Children's Charity of Rugby, and I am vice chairman of the Fylde Rugby Community Foundation.I was educated at St Josephs College, Blackpool before reading Law at Leeds University and the College of Law, Chester.
