As part of the Employee Experience division, my core purpose is to deliver exceptional digital experiences to all 2500 MYOB team members and third parties who then support our customers. I have the honour of leading a team of 50 who deliver capabilities that range from Helpdesk, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Workplace, Project Management and DevOps.This involves strategic, tactical and operational ownership of all internal digital environments within MYOB across both Australia and New Zealand.I work closely with the Workplace Experience and People and Performance functions to ensure we provide a holistic employee proposition that creates a highly engaged and enabled workforce.I do this through:Strong collaboration and integration with Workplace Experience, People&Performance, Comms and Group Services teams to deliver a workplace appropriate for an innovative tech company.Development and implementation of the EE technology roadmap that supports the future way of working and tooling required to facilitate that.Design & development of technologies that enable easy & streamlined service delivery, and enable a differentiated employee experienceHaving a future-orientated approach to work and workplace technologiesDevelop and Deliver software tooling to enable EE to automate, provision and streamline workflow and processes to ensure our staff experiences are seamless and easy.Build a continuous delivery and continuous improvement culture and practices within DevOps function focusing on value-driven outcomesEmpower and motivate my teams by creating an environment that embraces a value-led approach, continuous learning and a team culture that supports judgement, transparency, impact, curiosity, courage, honesty and selflessness.Maintaining both capital and operational budgets ensuring greatest business value is achieved through optimal management of cost and commercially astute negotiations.
