“Why are you so quiet?” “Why aren’t you saying anything?” “Why are you here alone?”As a total introvert, I have heard these questions a lot.It has made me feel that there’s something wrong with me. That something is missing or that I’m not good enough. BUT IT’S NOT TRUE!I got fed up that living as an introvert in our extroverted world can sometimes be a pain in the ass.I wanted to make a change in my life. But it happened that in this process I started to change the lives of other people as well.I have been a Certified Tiny Habits® Coach since 2014.When I discovered the topic of habits, I realized that they are the foundation of our lives.I learned that it’s possible to create our habits consciously and it’s not so difficult at all.This was my lightbulb moment.I mastered the Tiny Habits® method and started to implement it into my own life. I also began coaching other people to be a bit better with these incredibly tiny and very easy steps.I realized that knowing how to use habits in your favor is an especially powerful skill for introverts.We can develop our skills that we haven’t been using so much because of our introversion. Like (public) speaking, networking, small-talk, etc. Habits can help us to practice, get results, and gain confidence.My journey from a shy, blushing, almost not speaking boy to performing on stages in front of hundreds of people was possible thanks to developing habits.I feel (and know) that the knowledge and experience I have gained is so valuable that I’m willing to put myself in a bit uncomfortable situations (on the stages, in front of the cameras, in public) and share it with others.My mission is to help make the life of introverts easier, to raise their confidence, and to show that introversion is not a weakness, but can be a strength instead.I have always liked to set an example and to guide others.So I founded the Introverts Academy and I’m now mentoring other introverts like me.If you are an introvert join me at www.introverdid.eeIf you want to know more about developing good habits check www.harjumused.ee
