Technology stack: Azure backend, Docker, NextJS, PostgresSQL, Prisma, Tailwind.- Solution for a mental health clinic which helps with patient intake automation, treatment plan and smart score calculation with content recommendation. - Lead a team of 8 people which was responsible for building-out feedback analytics platform for Microsoft Teams, Skype and GroupMe. It’s the 2nd biggest internal system for processing unstructured text feedback. The provided insight helped to support business decisions, release cycles and alerts on new emerging issues.- Applied different machine learning models for data processing (combination of deterministic algorithms and unsupervised ML).- Collaborated strongly with engineering, design, marketing and legal to enable bi-weekly releases.- Released a product called Skype Professional Account focused on small businesses. We validated the market fit and the features were later merged with Skype consumer while deprecating Skype Professional Account.- Managed external contractors used for data classification

My first bigger attempt to build my own company from ground-up.I saw an uprising trend of escape rooms and treasure hunts so I decided to start Questium — Outdoor exploration mobile game combining local legends with puzzles to create interactive story-like tours.- Assembled the initial team (4 people), dealt with equity split and managed the project from the idea to completion.- Architected and implemented scalable AWS backend (AWS Lambda and DynamoDB) and mobile app in React Native. Strong focus on easy frictionless experience (e.g. password-less authentication, trial periods, in-app payments, clean UI/UX).- Implemented web-based editor for content creators. The output is compiled and uploaded to the backend and is immediately available on mobile devices.- Finished closed-beta testing and managed the initial growth. The goal was to validate the product in Prague but I've stopped the project in the end because of lack of time and not ideal business model.
