Curiosity and a desire to explore new avenues have been the driving forces behind my career for the past 11 years. With a foundation in gastronomy, I began my journey by earning a bachelor's degree in the field and gaining hands-on experience as a line cook in Ecuador, including an internship at the Marriott hotel.Driven by a passion for innovation, I opened my own coffee shop, where I developed skills as a barista and learned about market dynamics, sales, and marketing. This venture taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and adaptability.Following the pandemic and social challenges in my country, I shifted my focus to mixology. I started TikTok and Instagram accounts to document my cocktail-making journey, which allowed me to hone my skills in content creation, social media, and marketing. This experience enriched my bartending expertise and broadened my creative horizons.Currently, I am pursuing a business management degree in Canada to solidify my managerial capabilities. I work as a barista and bartender at Pasaj in Toronto and aim to leverage my skills as a content creator and digital marketer to further my career.
