Successfully collaborated with NOC to classify events into three categories; actionable with correct criticality assigned, as information with value in reporting or no value/discard. The main objective of the project is to significantly reduce the number of events going to NOI Netcool Omnibus- Effectively liaised with NOC to identify an actionable event that alerts the NOC to a server outage or potential outage and details steps which are known/repeatable- Proficiently documenting the ability of different automation tools in ServiceNow such as Workflow/Orchestration and Automation Anywhere to implement diagnostics runbooks with the idea of implementing auto remediation at some point

• - Met with business leaders/local support to gain clear understanding of business requirements for that site and created phased plan to integrate site to new global MPLS network.- Liaised with local IT support and global network engineers to implement new network IP addressing/routing in preparation for actual network cutover to new MPLS circuit.- Traveled to sites to implement the network cutover and provided expedited support for any issues that arose after circuit cutover was implemented.

- Configured new management network to support management tool set required by the business to support worldwide communication systems- Successfully migrated global communications network from CA Spectrum to SolarWinds Orion management tools, which required deploying new configurations to thousands of devices using CA Network Configuration Management systems- Developed monitoring solution for iDirect NMS network using SNMP service provided by iDirect software to streamline the monitoring and improve efficiency- Supported global infrastructure which included configuring and deploying Watchguard firewall rules and routes, configuring basic Cisco switches and routers and training to all regions on new systems integrations being deployed

- Installed/configured Netcool products purchased to provide proactive monitoring/reporting of global MPLS network that was the main focus of the business unit- Managed customer accounts for global communications network service being provided by Schlumberger SIS division as to ensure any customer issues and concerns were addressed- Provided support for global MPLS network in the form of change management control, notifications, reporting, and monitoring implementation per customer requirements
