As the company transitioned to a graphic design subscription service, different design teams were set up to accommodate subscribers from around the globe. I was part of the design team that handled clients from the Philippines and the Middle East, doing projects from static, illustrations, and video animations. Our clientele included UnionBank of the Philippines, Latro Communications, Casinetto, and El Grocer.

I handled a team of nine creatives which included two graphic designers, two animators, a web designer, a web developer, a digital ads specialist, a social media specialist, and a copywriter. I steered the design direction and timeline for each project and made sure the quality of each execution was unmatched. As they largely did campaigns online, the agency gave the best possible results for the clients' digital campaigns and other marketing initiatives.

Pasig

After over a year of being a VM associate, I was promoted to the Design Specialist position. Under this role, I oversaw all the design initiatives of the Marketing Department, making sure each material we put in-store and online meets the brand standard and ensuring the quality throughout the process. One of my major projects was to head the creative direction of Toby's Sports BGC Flagship Launch Campaign "We Got This."

Manila

As a VM associate, I was responsible for the store improvement initiatives. From the display of products, window display, to in-store graphics. My role was mainly to check the status of the stores and if the proper guidelines were being practiced. Aside from this, I was also tasked to design multiple key visuals for major marketing campaigns which were used for window displays across all stores and online campaign initiatives.

During my internship here, I learned the ropes of the exhibition design trade. I was part of the team that conceptualized and executed various travelling exhibitions which are currently going around the malls across the Philippines.
