As an Interior Designer and Project Manager, I developed Creative and Innovative Solutions to Design Concepts from start to finish with the client prospective as the lead. Rehab multi-family model apartments as well as new construction multi-family model apartments (notable works include Revo III Stadium Park Apartments - Anaheim, CA + Vista Canyon Apartments - Santa Clarita, CA). Presentation design from concept to client sent material, I used Autocad, Photoshop and Microsoft Suite applications daily. Other daily jobs include: FF+E selections as well as "shopping" online, floorplans and elevations, budget worksheets, purchasing (the designer did his/her own purchasing for projects), credit card reconciliations, client interface via phone and email as well as constant vendor communication to meet deadline requirements. Outside jobs include installations at the project site, where the designer: arrived to the site on time and early to view construction and get in touch with the install company lead, has clear and concise install instructions for both designer and install lead on furniture layout, drove Uhaul/Large Vehicle with install boxes and made sure the client was satisfied with the end product by the last day of install.

Internship at the NATIVA La Jolla location for college at Design Institute of San Diego (Alumni 2018)- Helped lead designer around the showroom, providing adequate clean-up as well as furniture placement when new items became available. - Collaborated with Lead Designer and fellow intern on the remodel of the La Jolla showroom - Used computer programs such as AutoCAD to produce drawings and CD's for floorplan and layout of showroom - Elevations, 3D Drawings and Photoshop work for a clear vision of what the showroom might look like- Assisted existing clients with design solutions to new home projects as well as site visits, surveys and residential measurements for future installations- Assisted with two residential installations for existing clients (installation of furniture, lighting as well as prepped for paint work with personal kudos from the client on a job well done).
