For example, during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Rio de Janeiro, I was responsible (with 2 more people) for coordinating all travel arrangements for a group of 20 executives from Fox Sports Chile. Here, everything had to be perfect, from helicopter rides to restaurant reservations and activities, and daily transfer services in a city that was completely overwhelmed by traffic. Everything had to go off without a hitch, and it did.On the other hand, and during the same period, I provided accommodation for over 150 people. I was responsible for talking to owners and securing apartments, signing contracts, and checking in and out.Again, In the same period, we rented a club for a month to organize parties for people attending the World Cup. It was a great challenge to find the place, staff, put together the entire marketing plan in record time, promote it, and find a team of 15 people to work within a 4-day period.As an anecdote, I can tell you that we assembled the team in 3 days, and the tool I used for this was Tinder. I use this example to clarify what I was talking about at the beginning, solving problems in atypical ways. The event was a total success, having over 700 people each Wednesday during the world cup period.I am always ready to assist people or companies in any need, provided that the request is legal and ethical.
