- Leading team of 260+ employees, managing products reaching over 380k RGUs.- Contributing to developing the existing operation in all regards: technical, financial, marketing & sales, customer care, human resources.- Facilitating communication throughout the whole company, linking the company with the UPC international network.- Contributing to company's culture focused on team spirit, continuous development and effectiveness.- Contributing to development of the industry, supporting the activities of the local associations.- Ensuring proper administration of required records and accounting, keeping listing of comapny's partners and informing partners on affairs related to the company.- Presenting annual financial statements of the company and the proposal on profit share or loss settlement to the general meeting.

- Designing the annual national Sales & Marketing strategy to support the continuous development of the company.- Setting up team and individual goals for direct reports and the necessary resources and methods.- Creating the Business Plan and supervising related activities at national level.- Implementing tools that support sales and strenghten brand awareness.- Designing methods for churn and theft reduction, penetration and collection increase.- Monitoring competition products and activities.
