The No Hate Speech Network aims to prevent and counter hate speech by mobilising and connecting individuals and organisations to act in support of human rights and democracy online and offline. It empowers young people and relevant stakeholders to think critically, act against hate speech and provide support to people targeted.

I was responsible for financial reporting and management of the EU-funded IT project. My tasks included reporting, budgeting, budget oversight, payment requesting, etc.

Highlights of my 2 year long tenure: 1. I chaired and led the selection procedure of the new director of the Fund for Educational Support twice. 2. As the board, we worked on proposal and implementation of new legislation into practice - new types of student loans (for students at TOP 500 universities, for those from socially disadvantaged backgrounds needing loans without guarantor, for asylum seekers)3. I proposed and implemented new guidelines (1) for assessment of the executive director's job performance and (2) for the selection of the executive director. We also change several other internal documents with regard to the legislation changes.4. As the chairperson of the board, I presided over board meetings, oversaw agenda and cooperated with the executive director to move to organization forward with regards to our mission to make education more accessible for all. 5. As the chairperson I represented the fund on official level - at meetings of Educational Committee of the National Council of the Slovak Republic and at the general assemblies of the Student Council for Higher Education

Providing student loans in Slovakia. Working on making university studies more accessible by providing loans with low interest rate (3 % - 4 % p.a.) with 0 % interest rate during postponement of repayment for university students, teachers, PhD students, etc. )

I founded and ran this NGO working with youth, organising educational workshops, seminars, conferences and public events such as our festival Be Active! Our last major event was an international conference on fighting Hate Speech - UNITED #WithoutHate in November 2019. In 2020, we decided to prioritise other activities. Our NGO has been dormant since then.

I was responsible for preparing press releases, PR agenda, budgeting, taking care of social media and creating content. Besides that I took part in creation of national educational policies and strategic documents.

7/2018 - 4/2019 - Consulting InternI took part in organising the first conference tackling blockchain in public sector - BLOCKWALKS and participated on several other projects and researches.

No Hate Speech Movement was a european campaign fighting for human rights. I was member of a team responsible for organising and implementing European Action Days and Weeks as well as for writing blog posts and creating activities on both, national and international levels.
