About Marcin (Martin) M Miller

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a group of students achieve "the impossible." When a struggling salesperson exceeds a target far beyond expectations, when a group of high-schoolers successfully pitches their company to investors, being the teacher, the mentor, the coach that showed them the way is beyond thrilling. It is my greatest passion.Reflecting on this passion, personal experience with education, and a desire to address the problems I noticed led me to an "impossible" idea. What if I could change the way high school students learn? What if instead of sitting in classrooms learning abstract concepts, they could learn by doing? What if high school students could start companies?That idea turned into reality with Endevvr, an incubator for high school students. As a co-founder and managing director I teach and mentor students to turn their ideas into successful companies and I enable others to do the same.
