Private equity related advisory work included acquisition targets and turnarounds ranging in target/investment size from $100MM to $1B+. While at NexSpring, Martin was deeply engaged with financial institution clients. Financial institution work included providing strategic, operational, technological, and process related improvements to clients in areas such as: capital markets, asset valuation, pricing, and interest rate risk management.Martin's professional career includes operational experience as an executive and manager at both startups and large financial institutions.
