Current• French multinational company in the Customer Care sector; CCA INTERNATIONAL S.A. HR Director at a national level for a Contact Center Platform. Managing the following tasks from 8-2010 to date: Direction, coordination and management of the HR Department reporting to the French Head Office with a team of 7 employees.- Labour Relations.• Leading the relation with the Union’s Representation. • Legal representation of the company.• Responsible with regards to official institutions.- Personnel Administration• Coordinate the payroll process for the whole platform (around 350 employees). • Coordinate the labour contractual policy of the platform. • Analysis, development, and implementation of improvement measures in order to correct absenteeism, costs and staff analytics.- Recruitment.• Control and follow-up of the recruitment processes.• Team dimensioning for the platform.- Training and development.• Development and Management of the Annual Development Plan.• Training needs assessment.• Responsible for the Development of all the employees in the company.- Compensation and Benefits.- Labour Risk Prevention.• President of the Security and Health Committee.• Coordinate and supervise the LRP Policy.
