My primary responsibility was for the UK Reseller Channel of TallyGenicom, a global printer manufacturer. I traveled the UK carrying out meetings with my Reselling Accounts and prospective partners. I maintained relationships with existing channel partners, maximising their potential to supply our products to their customer base. I pro-actively prospected to recruit new partners who are not currently promoting our range of products.• Launched a new technology and product range to the market, having had special application and technical training. I was responsible for marketing the new range to our existing channel and developing a new channel within an unfamiliar industry sector.• Launched joint marketing ventures to increase brand awareness. • Trained several sales teams on the unique selling points of the TallyGenicom brand and the benefits of selling against our competitors.• Implemented sales initiatives and reward schemes for sales people within underperforming resellers.• Introduced rebates to fund large marketing campaigns and data acquisitions within larger accounts.
