As COO and R&D Director at HB Products, I had the executive responsibility for all day-to-day operations, which I lead in the role as head of the PTA team with main responsibilities within e.g. research, all technical aspects of design/development/integrations, business and project development, people and production management, executing and delivering projects, stakeholder management, agent and distributor advanced product/technical training, and ad-hoc deliveries and consulting within sales, service, support and maintenance. My areas were responsibility also encompass all commercial aspects of strategic sales and marketing, negotiating contracts and agreements, governance of global external agents, distributors and advisors. Furthermore I had the COO responsibility for developing and optimizing the financial analyzes and reporting, budget planning, forecasting, agent settlements and presenting the monthly/early accounts etc. Contemporary with my daily management of the industrial output and the COO responsibilities, I were holding a directorship in the board at HB Products, in which I supplemented my operating management with tactical and strategic consultancy and perspectives on growth, expansion and direction.
