Have been working as director of engineering in data-connectors investment area of Alteryx since Aug'20. This means leadership of engineering teams in USA, CZ, UA and also vendor management of outsourcing in India. I also represent the European Development Center (EDC) consisting of teams in CZ and UA as location leader. Between Jan'19 and Aug'20 I focused mainly on the leadership of EDC and extending the team in Prague and Kyiv. Between Feb'17 and Dec'18 I worked as director of engineering in Alteryx Prague. This started with selling the company I co-owned with my friends (Semanta) to Alteryx which was interested in our data-cataloging solution (now part of Alteryx product portfolio)In Semanta I was at COO position (if you want to call the position so magnificently in the team of 20 people :) I coordinated daily operation of the company and its key activities. These were mainly management of the development of our products and supervision of projects. Before, since 2010 I focused on project management in our small agile team. I used to work as data-miner and statistical analyst, so I'm interested in analytical tools for collaborative platforms. During my study years I worked as a moderator in Czech Broadcasting (Radiožurnál).
