Executive Program Lead
I worked closely with Senior Executives, Technology/Operational Managers, an External Advisory Board, #SAP and a wonderful program team to not only recover an HRIS program but also to create the first fully integrated HRIS solution for K to 12 Education in Australia on SuccessFactors with a potential to create a new educational vertical. The CSPD HRIS program is now firmly back on the right path, with a detailed Master Schedule in place to ensure successful delivery. The solution we created will deliver an all-encompassing K to 12 Self-Service HRIS solution featuring Payroll, Recruiting, Contracts, Boarding On/Off, Learning, and more, built on the SAP SuccessFactors platform, leveraging Concurrency and SAP BTP Extension Tools. Key Steps: • Built a strong team, Architects, Process Leads, Data Managers, Test Managers etc.• Mitigated Financial and Commercial Exposure. • Reviewed the ‘AS-IS’ and built a ‘Future State’ with business alignment and sign-off. • Performed a GAP Analysis on the previous build work with SAP and SI. • Returned to market, selected new vendors signing Managed Services Agreements• Built an Assurance Model with the Internal PMO, SAP Professional Services and BDO• SuccessFactors Design completed, utilising Workbooks and Wireframes signed off by Business.
