Managed complex matters with some fabulous stakeholders and galvanised the Business partner network with a truly consultative change process. Martin championed leader capability build and was instrumental in achieving multiple change programs with empathy and compassion. It was the hope that these initiatives would create a legacy but only time will tell.Martin transitioned from owner Founder back to his roots in 2020. He has degrees in Economics (UTas) & Business Studies (Victoria College).
