    I was initially, hired as a consultant with the title of Director of International Business Development in 2010. My goal was to get iMIS 20 into non-English speaking markets. iMIS 20 is best-in-class enterprise software for managing the operational needs of member and donor-based organizations. We found there was a lot of work to do to embrace non-English speaking markets and we implemented engineering plans to bring iMIS 20 to a point it could be internationalized for foreign markets. In 2011, I was hired as a permanent employee and my objectives and title were refocused to rebuilding an inactive partner sales Channel for ASI. At the same time, I was given the task of introducing iMIS 20 to small to medium sized member and donor based organizations which was an untouched market for ASI. I played a key role in laying the ground work for a SAAS sales operation selling iMIS 20 to member based organizations in this new market space for ASI. Starting from ground zero, in 2013 using the revitalized partner network for services, we achieved triple digit growth in traditional and subscription based sales each year up to the present day.
