Responsibility for all network architecture and connectivity solutions delivered to Atos UK&I clients. Technically accountable for the Atos core backbone network and platform services which underpin a large number of clients services in a service provider network.Responsible to deliver all network integration, transition and transformation project work-streams within UK&I.

Previously led a team of over 130 colleagues across multiple UK and offshore locations and was accountable for all aspects of UK/I network operations, supporting over ~250 clients within a global business, as well as accountability for an annual operating budget of ~£8m.As a key member of the network leadership team, I held a broad and deep role which spans technical/ operational delivery, service management, and supplier management. I developed and delivered operational strategy which aligned to business objectives, enhances service capability and ensured competitive commercial offerings. I added value to our clients through a wealth of technical and operational experience and a deep understanding of the clients businesses and their infrastructure. Held responsible for teams/ services across multiple locations within the UK and offshore, including the: 24/7 Network Operating Centre (1st/2nd Line support), 3rd line Platform team, Provisioning team, Turn over to Service, Voice Services, Operational Assurance and Service Operations Management.

Lead a team of 25 colleagues within the UK. I was responsible for the UK NOC inclusive of 24/7 and 2nd Line engineering teams that operated large scale public and private sector networks. I was responsible for all network infrastructure service monitoring, incident/ fault management/ resolution and overseeing end-to-end data network connectivity from data centre infrastructure through to client sites. I was a senior technical escalation point to the business acting as the technical resolution manager on all major network faults.
