Responsible for identifying, conceptualizing and evaluating new opportunities outside of ICAs existing business areas based on trend- & market data, and to create business cases for C-level management and other stakeholders such as store owners (ICA shareholders). When relevant, start up new business concepts by leading internal development teams or negotiate strategic partnerships with external parties.

Responsible for a chain of pilot convenience stores and a fresh food concept, part of a new retail format called ICA To Go focusing on healthy restaurant-quality fast food in high traffic locations.

Leading and coaching a team of project managers working with supply chain- and assortment development as well as managing own projects.
