I lead a team of 10+ agile folks (Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches) based in France (Paris, Bordeaux) and Spain (Barcelona) in charge of building the Agile framework in Manomano. .From 0 to 15, I scaled and structured the team in 18 months including a management layer and communities of practices.In charge of the Agile strategy for the Tech department (>15 feature teams ; 400 tech people)- Monthly Tech Onboarding day: organizing >15 tech onboarding by month - Weekly Crafternoon: all thursday afternoon dedicated to learning and craftsmanship; - building the Agile framework in Manomano based on scrum and kanban main patterns
