My mission in the Agile Team is to builds and apply the evolving Agile Manomano framework called MACS (ManoMano Advanced Collaboration System) enabling a lean, adaptive, value driven and high performing organization to keep growing on business, tech and human aspects.- leading a group of 4 scrum masters to build and manage the backlog of Continuous Improvement- organizing Hacking weeks (2 weeks dedicated to innovation each quarter)- organizing ManoShare: recurring peer to peer sharing session gathering Managers community in subgroups to foster collaboration, leverage group knowledge, solve ad-hoc problems.- participating to the deployment of our LMS: 360 learning- creating specific training on Agile, Product and soft skills topics- focus on a “train” teams of teams (>80 people)- fostering collaboration within the train leadership team (engineering, product and business)- leading the prioritization process and delivery monitoring of the train- leading Train main event: PI planning, retrospective, review…

Building the Agile framework in Manomano. I lead a team of 10+ agile folks (Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches) based in France (Paris, Bordeaux) and Spain (Barcelona) in charge of building the Agile framework in Manomano. .From 0 to 15, I scaled and structured the team in 18 months including a management layer and communities of practices.In charge of the Agile strategy for the Tech department (>15 feature teams ; 400 tech people)- Monthly Tech Onboarding day: organizing >15 tech onboarding by month - Weekly Crafternoon: all thursday afternoon dedicated to learning and craftsmanship; - building the Agile framework in Manomano based on scrum and kanban main patterns
