Its mission is to be recognised as an outstanding and inclusive College providing life-changing skills and experiences.Carlisle College offers an extensive range of further and higher education, professional qualifications, apprenticeships and community programmes, from entry-level to Foundation Degrees.My role was to lead, develop and manage apprenticeship funding streams and commercial strategy at Carlisle College. This includes:• The design, resource and delivery of market-leading recruitment services to fulfil local Apprenticeship demand (150+ vacancies per annum)• To actively develop marketing and customer acquisition strategies, leveraging emerging digital technologies and capitalising on strategic partnerships for co-branding opportunities and growth.• Increasing reach and recognition through the implementation of high-profile skills and employability projects aligned to local industrial strategy. Both 100 in 100 (2020) and Project Next Gen (2021) initiatives achieved regional and national award recognition.
