Main focus area was "Customer-to-Cash"- Drove a COO sponsored initiative to map HP’s key processes to our newly created global taxonomy. It included leading a 1.5-day workshop in each of HP’s three global regions to gain agreement and alignment with regional leadership. Developed and presented a summary to the Senior Vice President and his staff of VPs, which was ultimately presented to HP’s Executive Committee.
