Speedy Global has expanded it offering from Talent Supply. While this was always intended covid-19 gave us the 'break' in demand we needed to concentrate on developing our systems of work to complete the expansion sooner than was planned. We now cover the full chain of "Education - Experience - Employment". We supplied over 2,000 employers in the 12 months before covid-19 and we plan to build up to 10,000 over the next 5 years after covid-19 lifts. I sold CSI Malaysia in mid-2014 to allow me to concentrate on 'Global Talent Acquisition' through Speedy Global.Crew Skills in Malaysia is a fully accredited training centre. We started training candidates with a specific focus on up-skilling them for work in the Cruise Line Industry and have successful deployed candidates to several International Cruise Lines - usually through their hiring partners. In 2014 we started training people for land based deployment to Australia (402 and 457) as well as Cruise Lines through our Speedy Global partnership. Our key point of difference is that we train people for jobs - not certificates. So while they get a certificate our focus is on ensuring they get an International Job Offer.
