I have considerable experience in Change Management within ITIL environments, including managing IT changes that impact across multiple Vodafone Global markets, preparing and running CAB meetings, assessing change impact and ticket quality and writing user guides, communications and management reports.My achievements in project delivery include the delivery of the entire IT infrastructure for Vodafone Offices in Paddington for 700 people, transition of all legacy systems and support services from a 400 user office into Vodafone Group and rollout of 3 different Mobile Device Management solutions to multiple country offices.I am a thorough and organised individual, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. I am currently looking for opportunities in Change or Release management where I can utilise the skills I have built up over recent years
