Subcontract for the execution of 3 state-wide platforms to implement the CTCI strategy:1. Website with mostly static information to showcase the results and activities of the region's CTCI strategy project. Built with Directus and Nuxt.2. Citizen consultation web app designed to dynamically identify and analyze public interests. Using a custom instrument, the system could scale and compare citizen priorities by demographic segments, employing the TrueSkill algorithm to model both individual and collective preferences. This provided a precise and segmented view of the population's diverse priorities, facilitating informed decision-making based on the real interests of the citizens.3. Strategic monitoring platform that allowed for the implementation of the mission-driven strategy management model. The platform was fully administrable from its app, without the need for a CMS. It enabled the management of Missions, indicators/OKRs (with a hierarchical interface for organizing them and a goal-tracking system), projects, and project updates in a dynamically configurable pipeline. Moreover, all progress on indicators and projects could be visualized and managed through dynamically constructed portfolios, allowing strategy management from various perspectives.
