The consistency of messaging about the correlation between attendance and success has improved. I helped tutors support students to succeed by focusing on the teaching team cohesion. - The September cohort retention improved from 68% to 83%, while the achievement improved from 63% to 78%. - The January cohort retention in 2022 was 61.5% and rose to 79%. Similarly, ‘pass rate’ went from 60% to 95% and ‘achievement’ from 37% to 74.5%.- The Law Programme Coordinator and I streamlined all the existing marking criteria for subject modules. The new marking criteria were approved and implemented throughout UGIC.
