I was appointed to provide targeted management of this programme pathway. The pass rates improved with the January 2023 cohort. The consistency of messaging about the correlation between attendance and success has improved. I helped tutors support students to succeed by focusing on the teaching team cohesion. - The September cohort retention improved from 68% to 83%, while the achievement improved from 63% to 78%. - The January cohort retention in 2022 was 61.5% and rose to 79%. Similarly, ‘pass rate’ went from 60% to 95% and ‘achievement’ from 37% to 74.5%.- The Law Programme Coordinator and I streamlined all the existing marking criteria for subject modules. The new marking criteria were approved and implemented throughout UGIC.
