Leading the Global Solution Design function for Page Outsourcing for RPO, MSP, ROD and Total Talent Solutions.Responsibilities include team management, product development, creating new services, solution design, bid support, supporting sales process including presenting/workshops, sales to implementation, and stakeholder management.

I am currently responsible for the research, design and creation of RPO, MSP, ROD and Total Talent solutions. This can be for hiring in a single country to complex multi-country high volume projects for prospective and existing Page Outsourcing clients across all regions.

I am currently responsible for the research, design and creation of complex single country to multi-country RPO solutions for prospective new clients in the US, EMEA and APAC regions. .Working with Regional & Global Leaders, subject matter experts (industry types) and stakeholders within technology and implementation divisions. I design RPO solutions that covers all financial, implementation and resource elements needed to provide a best in class recruitment delivery service that delivers within a required EBITDA range. This includes: Team structure design and allocation Technologies needed (AI Sourcing, ATS, CRM, Digital Interviews and Automated Scheduling) Advertising, media, licenses and sourcing budget Pricing  RevenueIn addition, I have assisted the Proposal Writers on RFI and RFP responses and if needed at times writing responses to RFI & RFPs as well as attending prospective client meetings when required.

I was responsible for the management and structure of a team of remote Managers, Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists (up to 40) in Europe and APAC across several clients. Recruitment was delivered across over 40 countries in a highly specialist sectors including a Life Sciences (Clinical Research) Contract Research Organisation, Business Process Outsourcing and Employment Background Screening companies.I was responsible for overseeing all recruitment activity and the team structure to ensure that we met the company and client’s objectives. I provided regular updates/metrics/reviews to global and regional business leaders at clients and to PeopleScout leadership. I also act as a senior escalation point for clients in EMEA and APAC within my portfolio.I was also involved in other ad hoc projects linked to staffing and recruitment such as the launch of a new systems and tools as well as the implementation of new clients and expansion of existing projects. As well as supporting sales and business development on requests for information related to EMEA and APAC RFIs and RFPs.I also acted as a mentor to the Asia Pacific Operations Manager in China during their first year, including visits to Beijing and Shanghai to assist with training and onboarding. In November 2017 this individual left PeopleScout and I assumed leadership of this team up to June 2019.
