We successfully launched a new brand, created a digital and physical presence for it and built a network of trainers and partners.

I was responsible for IT Koolituskeskuse OÜ in Estonia and ProTraining Academy UAB in Lithuania. The company was offering various IT trainings as the core service and generating consolidated turnover of 1 100 000+ € while hiring 15+ employees and working with multiple partner companies & trainers from all around the world.When I started at the end of 2014, both companies were in about 50 000 € net loss and losing revenue, so it was quite a challenge. In Estonia, I managed to increase turnover from 705 883 € to 973 317 € while cutting costs and raising NP consistently each year. In 2015, ProTraining Academy was profitable again but since there was no strategic fit anymore, we exited from the Lithuanian market in 2017. I was directly involved with two big (ESF funded) projects as well:- Vali IT! (Choose IT): unique project for adult training resulting from cooperation between entrepreneurs and the state, adding 500 new software developers for the ICT sector in 2017-2020.- DigiABC: improving ICT skills of the industrial sector in 2017-2020.These 3+ years were an excellent experience for me to learn about business, finances, people management etc.

My primary focus was attending to training needs of the company and creating better learning environment inside the company. I was responsible of or involved in various exciting projects and initiatives: new LMS software development and implementation project; new employee training; development of managers; development of internal trainers; experimenting with e-learning solutions etc. In 2013, I won “Valuable Employee Award” for internal training academy project. In 2014, I was in-house project manager for new intranet development project (1st phase: from idea to live) as part of my IT studies at the university.

I was responsible for all digital communication, including website, social media, blogging, e-mail marketing etc.
