One of the most important lessons in over 30 years of business experience has been to view the offer, or planned business change, from the perspective of the customer, and to not be too caught up in our own thinking. During this time I have worked across many of the key business disciplines; market-analysis, forecasting & modelling, financial controls, marketing research, direct marketing, business development, partnership development and process improvement.I have often worked in the space between businesses and not-for profits, I now work in Partnership Management for the Cerebral Palsy Society to support funding growth and strategic partnerships to help develop the work of the society in providing support to the Cerebral Palsy community. I also have a passion for Men's Work and self development being part of the Essentially Men community I have attended two programmes and volunteered on a programme helping men to start the journey of understanding themselves. I have also worked with Landmark Education and have completed The Forum, The Advanced Course, Access to Power, the Power to Create, and the Self-expression and Leadership course. In addition I have attended the 5 day Co-Counselling Basics course.
