Lead, drive and develop IT/IQ’s account management/account executive team to achieve and exceed targets.Responsibilities: •Account Portfolio Management for new and existing accounts •Effectively scaling the Account Management/Account Executive team•Drive team to execute on strategic business development plans to expand client portfolios and generate qualified requirements •Work with proposal team to effectively communicate IT/IQ’s value proposition through request for proposals and presentations to new clients•Coach and develop Account Managers and Account Executives to prospect, follow-up on leads, set client meetings, send proposals and MSAs to generate quality requirements•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with all clients to understand their business needs and objectives•Partner with Recruitment Manager to ensure delivery of qualified candidates and that active consultants are managed and in line with BRM schedule•Conduct weekly team meetings to review revenue pipeline, activity, results and training gaps•Ensure all team activities are tracked in the ATS•Attend weekly management meetings•Interview and hire new account management candidates•Oversee on-boarding and training delivery to new recruitment staff•Conduct monthly performance reviews with team to ensure metrics and targets are achieved
