As Head of Business Area Management I lead a team of industry experts consisting of Business Area Managers and Business Developers. I have P&L responsibility for my part of the organisation and work with OKR:s to drive and follow up our teams. The mission of Academic Work is to make people grow. Through that mission we help companies grow and gain a competitive edge. My team holds the greatest concentration of expertise and experience in the Swedish staffing and recruitment sector covering all major industry segments: IT, Tech, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales etc.In my role I am currently involved in projects related to internal training initiatives, external partnerships, commercial development (including price strategies) and international commitments from my team.

I lead a team of Business Developers who support all our branches nationwide.During my time as Business Area Manager I drove the implementation of a specialized IT-recruitment organisation. As a result, the Business Area achieved a growth exceeding 40% during 2022. I also established a new foundation for training of Sales and Operations employees enabling a more rapid onboarding and further development. In addition, I helped strengthening our offer to our consultants and I established Academic Work as a long-term partner for "Techarenan".

This involved carrying out training internally, for Sales as well as Operations employees, in addition to client interactions. I worked within Business Area IT, with a focus on the IT-Industry across all our offices in Sweden.A key achievement was my contribution to establishing a new business model within our Academy concept, which yielded multiple training programs in partnership with SaaS companies such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.

Benify is the leading tech company in the Compensation and Benefits sector in northern Europe. Every day 800,000 employees across Fortune 500 as well as smaller companies use services provided by Benify for the administration of compensation and benefits schemes.At Benify I led a multidisciplinary department of content, language, UX and system specialists whose focus it was to implement solutions on our platform, solve problems and to work for long term improvements to our platform and benefit offerings.My role was to develop the team, its individuals and to build a scalable and flexible organisation. This involved recruitment, role development and succession planning.During my time at Benify I grew the team from 5 to 14 individuals with zero undesired staff turnover. I managed to achieve a much higher output from the team and greater customer satisfaction, which enabled us to support additional departments internally and to onboard additional responsibilities in the team both nationally and internationally. I also established and staffed the very first in-house copywriting desk.

At Addcent my role was that of a Salesforce Business Consultant/Business Analyst where I participated in pre-studies aiming to set the roadmap for implementation of CRM-platforms at our clients. During my brief period at the company I participated in a key project for the company at a major Telco client.I participated as a Business Analyst in a 5 month pre-study which laid the foundation for a CRM transformation estimated to bring efficiency and productivity improvements in the 10-digit range. My areas of responsibility included workshop planning and facilitation, requirements gathering and business case estimations.

In my partial role as System Owner Finance, I was the Product Owner for the Academic Work portfolio of Finance systems and ERP components. Together with key stakeholders in the Finance department I oversaw the development and coordinated the maintenance activities which supported the products within the Finance Maintenance Object. The outcome of this effort was a way of working with prioritisation and planning of software maintenance to the Finance systems.

At Academic Work, I managed the requirements and change processes concerning the business system used to manage job postings, candidate applications, recruitment processes, time logging, payroll and invoice exports. The system was used daily by 600+ internal users and 4000+ consultants.I served as the maintenance manager for the system and was the point of contact for internal stakeholders as well as our systems supplier in the UK. A key achievement involved establishing and managing, over 2 years, an offshored software development team at the supplier site in Kharkiv, Ukraine. By mission from the CIO, I established a fruitful collaboration with the remote development team which led to increased efficiency and lowered development costs.

Academic Work is an agency and expert recruiter of young professionals in the fields of IT, Engineering, Sales, and Finance. We can help your organisation with both temporary and permanent placement needs. Currently, we operate in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Germany. In my role as IT Coordinator, I strived to enhance the way we did business by analysing market needs and trends. On a daily basis, I served as a technical advisor to our staffing and recruitment teams within IT at our offices in Gothenburg, Linköping and Malmö.

At Blixtvik I have been doing in-house development of customer management and business management software. I have been involved in all phases of development including requirement specification, design, implementation and testing.

As amanuensis I focused on three areas related to the students at the department: public relations, quality in education and corporate relations.As a university representative I travelled to career fairs to meet and recruit high school students. In my corporate relations capacity I organized corporate events on campus and connected recruiters with students.
