CurrentToothbrush Apartments is my latest venture. It provides fully furnished serviced apartments to people visiting Ipswich, whether on business or leisure. Our normal minimum stay is 7 nights, although shorter stays will be considered at the very last minute.You just pay us the hire fee, and we provide and pay for everything else - heat, light, water, broadband etc. And the best bit is that once a week, you go out, and when you come back the place has been cleaned, and fresh bedding and towels provided.We released our first apartment in early June, and it's been pretty much full every day since, and is currently fully booked, all bar a few days, until early December.As such, we're on the lookout for more apartments, either to buy or run for you under our management.
