As the Engineering Practice Manager, I work closely with engineers, engineering technical groups, regulators, and international engineering bodies to find out out where problems lie in the industry and the profession.I work with stakeholders to find solutions to problems, then implement those solutions through the projects manage. I work as project lead across a variety of projects. I’m a PRINCE2 certified project manager and use PRINCE2 and AGILE principles.
