Responsible for Carroll EMC's IT, telecommunications, and network systems and the team of 5 professionals supporting the systems. Responsible for providing guidance on technical projects and leadership for the planning and implementation of technology projects.

Joined the HR team at the request of the EVP of HR to focus on specific HR IT projects. The most important of these was the migration of the HR and payroll system to the cloud and redesigning processes to be more efficient and less dependent on customizations. Also worked on a project to replace the security camera systems at 18 location with a state-of-the-art IP based system.

Managed staff of 10 employees, both hourly and salaried, including computer technicians, help desk specialists, telecom & network technicians. Responsible for the corporate voice networks, specifying, purchasing and support of workstations, laptops and mobile devices; establishing desktop software standards; help desk management, evaluating new technology, developing the corporate telecommunications strategy, negotiating cost effective local and long distance voice and data telecommunications services.
