International relocation to São Paulo, Brazil – Dow’s Latin America HeadquarterController Integration Leader for Coodetec acquisition, an important Brazilian seeds company valued at USD 169MM and second largest of the Dow’s agricultural business. Successfully led Coodetec’s financial statements integration to Dow, including purchase accounting procedures, aligned acquired company to Dow's accounting processes, built an interface process, managed multiple cross-company efforts and constant communication, provided support and guidance to the acquired company, ensured overall compliance with USGAAP, Tax and local regulations. Led several M&A activities across controller’s functions, collaborating at the same time with Dow’s corporate teams, other finance departments, external auditors and consulting firm.
